Sherlyn Chopra to indulge in ‘Fourplay’ for the live audience

Well! Well! It has not been spelt wrong. This is Sherlyn Chopra’s theatre debut which has been tentatively titled ‘Fourplay’ and happens to be a comic caper from producer-director Vandana Sajnani’s where the sex kitten will be essaying the dual role of a hot Bengali teacher as well as of a maid. Sajnani’s earlier productions include Please Divorce Me Darling, and Love Hua Once More, among others. Actors Rajesh Khattar (who is Vandana’s hubby) and Sammir Kocchar star along side Chopra in this play which is slated to open in the city in September.

Sherlyn said, “I see it as a great opportunity to hone my acting skills. The interaction with the live audience would be an icing on the cake.”

She added, “As Chilli (the naughty maid) and Honey (the hot Bengali teacher) I create chaos in the plot. It’s going to be quite challenging and fun to portray two different characters in one play.”

“I don’t suffer from stage fright. Thanks to my dad, I was into poetry recitation during my student days. Memorising passages will not be a problem,” she added.

At present, readings are in progress and the August opening of this play will take place in September. “It’s going to be great fun, presenting two different characters in one play.”

It is going to be great fun for the audience too, given the fact that Miss Chopra, who excels in the art of shedding clothes and inhibitions, will shed them on stage too, though to her corset only!!
