Shah Rukh will be sharing the screen with President Obama lookalike



In the much awaited Karan Johar’s forthcoming film ‘My Name is Khan’, Shah Rukh Khan will be sharing the screen with President Obama lookalike. The film is currently being shot in San Fransisco and other parts of United States.

The production has already appointed a casting agency and the search is on for an African American who can resemble Obama. Khan will have some key scenes with the President Obama in the film, though the exact nature of the story connect between the two is yet kept underwraps.

The film also stars Kajol who will be seen opposite King Khan after almost 9 years. Wtih Shah Rukh and Kajol back again with President Obama also featuring, definitely puts ‘My Name is Khan ’ as one of the most awaited film this year.

Bollywood and TV celebrities like Adhyayan Suman, Varun Badola, Neetu Chandra and Rajeshwari Sachdev were no exceptions who enjoyed the Holi Bash hosted by Zoom TV India on Tuesday in Mumbai to the hilt. Bollywood hotties like Deepshikha, Alina, Sana and Anjana Sukhani also showed up at the party.

Shamaayal won the title of the first Dancing Queen of India








In a nail-biting finish on night, aspirant Shamaayal won the title of the first Dancing Queen of India. Her mentor Sambhavana Seth’s happiness knew no bounds when the results were announced, and in fact, she broke down.The DQ Grand Finale was a spectacular episode, with Tusshar Kapoor as a special guest on the show. He performed along with Jeetendra.

The final performance of the finale pairs - Sambhavana -Shamaayal and Sanober and Mriga - was 10 minutes of non-stop entertainment. Fireworks lit the stage at the end of it, even as the audience shouted for an encore.The judges Hema Malini and Jeetendra both gave nine points each to both pairs of finalists. Special guest Helen, who was also on the jury, gave a 10/10 to both pairs - a first on the show.

So, the final tally was 28 points out of 30 for both pairs, resulting in a tie. The Dancing Queen then had to be decided only on the basis of audience votes, a majority of which went to Sambhavana and Shamaayal.So, even though Mriga’s performance was much better than Shamaayal’s on the final day, it was Shamaayal who clinched it, thanks to the overall performance in the show with her mentor Sambhavana.

Sourav Ganguly is all set to begin a new innings with Bengali TV reality show



Former cricketer Sourav Ganguly is all set to begin a new innings as compere of a Bengali TV reality show in June.

Ganguly, India’s cricket captain who retired from the game late last year, has already inked a deal with popular Bengali TV channel Zee Bangla, according to a report in the Ananda Bazar Patrika.

’Yes, I have agreed to this proposal. I only know I have to conduct a quiz show,’ Ganguly said in the report.

A Zee Bangla official, however, refused to comment.

The weekly show, likely to be christened ’Dadagiri’, would see Ganguly interacting with the masses, besides talking to celebrity guests. Initially, there will be 52 episodes, which may be increased if the show becomes a hit.

he keenly awaited Snoop Dogg-RDB number for Singh Is Kinng has been recorded at last and will form a part of the film’s soundtrack when it releases.

At present, there are plans to shoot the video in Los Angeles, where Akshay is headed for another film shoot. Both Akki and Katrina haven’t stopped raving about the track!

Remarks the Kumar, "The song is mind-blowing. I made a few friends listen to it and they haven’t stopped gushing about it. I am confident that just like the rest of the soundtrack this will go on to become a major chartbuster."Katrina seconds Akki’s sentiments.

"I’ve heard it and it’s outstanding. If I’m right, it’s the first real hip-hop song in a Hindi movie. I know that girls are supposed to be an integral part of hip-hop videos but I don’t know whether there will be place for me in this video!" she laughs.

"It’s very male-dominated and I don’t want to be a prop. With Akshay and Snoop, it will rock anyway!" she adds.

Meanwhile, the title track of the film, rendered by Neeraj Shridhar and composed by Pritam, is likely to go on television later this week.
