Strangely a large chunk of the film fraternity poked immense fun at Saif Ali Khan when he decided to tattoo the name of his ladylove, Kareena Kapoor on his arm. However, while they may have laughed, a few of his fellow actors have followed in his footsteps and are individually getting the names of their wives tattooed on various parts of their bodies.
Recently, Hrithik Roshan took the plunge and tattooed his wife, Sussanne name on his wrist. And even more lately, the likes of Abhishek Bachchan is said to be doing just the same and inking his wife Aishwarya ’s name on his wrist. However, these two are rather late to join the bandwagon. Sanjay Dutt is known for having his parent’s names on his chest; Ajay Devgan has daughter Nysa’s name tattooed, Akshay Kumar has his sons name on his arm as does Arjun Rampal who has both daughter’s names on both his arms.
The trend which was started by Saif Ali Khan seems to have caught on with the rest of the men in the industry and one leading lady even: Deepika Padukone. While she is tightfisted when it comes to discussing her love life and beau Ranbir Kapoor, she has no bones in showing off her RK tattoo which has been inked on the back of her neck.
