Both Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif have proved lucky for each other delivering many hits together (De Dana Dan, Blue, Singh Is Kinng, Welcome, Namastey London and Humko Deewana Kar Gaye) but this time the two fell out after a nasty verbal argument when Kaif refusal to shoot a music video with Akki for ‘Tees Maar Khan’.Katrina seemed to have refused the actor point blankly on her dates which she had already allotted for Yash Raj Films a film with Imran Khan. Akshay asked for these dates to shoot the music video reminding Kats for all the favors he had made for her with his dates in the past. The fight went to the extent of making the two stop words with each other.
Here, Farah Khan stepped in to sort out the matters. She spoke to Katrina, who managed to speak to YRF and has got permission to shoot the title video track of the film on October 15, 2010, which has the entire star cast.
However, both the actors have vehemently denied the story of their fight. Akshay commented, “Katrina and I go back a long way and she is a dear friend of mine and has always been there. I would like to clarify that she is one of the most professional stars we have and she and I are amused with these reports since there is absolutely no truth to them.” On the other hand Farah Khan too spoke up - “There is absolutely no problem between any of us. Katrina is a wonderful girl and very professional. She has done a great job in Tees Maar Khan.”
Katrina, on the other hand, too, seemed shocked and said, “Well, what more should I say? I guess Akshay and Farah have already stated the facts. See, these stories are malicious. These are all fabricated lies. Akshay and I share a wonderful equation so the entire talk about us getting into an argument just doesn’t make any sense. Also, how I wish that people find out truth instead of fabricating stories.”
