Amrita Arora, known for her glamour and appeal, took a break from films and stardom post her marriage with Shakeel Ladak, who works for a construction company in Mumbai. She now has a six
and a half months old baby Azaan and the actress wants some action back in her life, though not in films. Instead, she intends to venture into some business line that combines couture and culinary arts. She also wants to launch her own fashion line. Her culinary business will have full support from beau Shakeel Ladak and for this Amrita has been attending office in Bandra every day with Shakeel so that she gets to know the ins and outs of the business. Shakeel is also encouraging her to get into designing as she possesses a keen fashion sense.
Amrita has already lost her post-baby fat (21 kg in 6 months) and intends to lose 7 kg more. She will launch her collection by the end of this year. Also, she will be making appearances and working in reality shows from September. From November, she will start work on her fashion line and restaurant business.
When contacted Amrita said, “Shakeel has always been extremely supportive of whatever I do. I do plan to work from September.”
